DovDovDev respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content providers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of removing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Football Zone aggregates football wallpapers through public APIs and licensed image providers. We do not claim ownership of any football club logos, player images, or stadium photographs.
If you believe that content available in Football Zone infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include the following:
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
A description of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it in our app (e.g., wallpaper ID, title, or screenshot).
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We receive your DMCA takedown notice via email and acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
Our team reviews the notice to verify it is complete and valid under the DMCA requirements.
If the notice is valid, the identified content is removed or disabled from Football Zone within 5 business days.
We notify the content provider/uploader of the takedown and inform them of their counter-notice rights.
The content provider has 10–14 business days to submit a counter-notice. If no counter-notice is received, content remains removed.
If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original claimant files a court action.
In appropriate circumstances, DovDovDev will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We take copyright infringement seriously and will cooperate with copyright owners to protect their intellectual property rights.
